1. Chicken ball steak.

Ingredients:

- 300 grams of chicken breast fillet

- 3 cloves of garlic

- 1 egg

- 50 grams of farmer's sago

- salt, pepper, mushroom broth to taste

Sauce ingredients:

- 1 carrot, diced

- 1/2 corn, flattened

- 1 potato, diced

- 1/2 onion, diced

- 1 spring onion

- 3 cloves garlic, crushed

- 1 tbsp cornstarch dissolved in a little water

- 4 tbsp chili sauce

- 2 tbsp tomato sauce

- 1 tbsp sweet soy sauce

- 100 ml chicken stock water

- 100 ml water

- salt and sugar

How to cook:

1. Put chicken pieces and garlic in chopper, grind until smooth.

2. Add egg, salt, pepper, mushroom stock, and farmer's sago. Grind until smooth.

3. Round the chicken balls, fry until cooked, then remove and drain.

4. Sauce: Heat 2 tbsp oil, saute garlic and onion until fragrant.

5. Add carrots, potatoes, and corn. Pour in water and stock, bring to a boil.

6. Add chili sauce, tomato sauce, sweet soy sauce, a pinch of salt, and sugar.

7. Cook until all ingredients are cooked. Thicken with cornstarch.

8. Add chicken balls, sprinkle with spring onion.



2. Soy sauce egg.


Ingredients:

- 5 eggs (fried ceplok)

- 5 shallot cloves (sliced)

- 3 garlic cloves (sliced)

- 1 spring onion (sliced)

- 7 grains cayenne pepper

- 1 tbsp oyster sauce

- 1 tbsp fish sauce

- 3 tbsp sweet soy sauce

- 100 ml water

- Mushroom broth

- Salt and pepper to taste

How to cook:

1. Saute two onions, add chili. Pour in water.

2. Season with oyster sauce, soy sauce, salt, and pepper.

3. Cook the egg, stir well.



3. Teriyaki sausage.


Ingredients:

- 10 pieces of beef sausage

- 1 bombay

- 3 large red chili peppers

- 3 large green chilies

- 2 large garlic cloves

- 3 tbsp teriyaki sauce

- 1 tbsp oyster sauce

- 1 Tbsp soy sauce

- 1/2 tbsp chili sauce

- 2 tbsp sweet soy sauce

- 1 tsp ground pepper

- 1 tbsp margarine

- salt

How to cook:

1. Wash the sausage. Cut the sausage into thirds, crimp the ends.

2. Heat margarine, sauté garlic.

3. Add sausage pieces, stir well.

4. Add about a small glass of boiled water. Add all the sauce, ground pepper, soy sauce, and salt.

5. Once the water starts to reduce, add the chili and onion pieces. Cook again until done.



4. Oyster sauce squid.


Ingredients:

- 1/2 kg fresh squid

- 1 small bombay

- 5 cloves of garlic

- 2 sliced curly red chilies

- 1 spring onion stem

- 1 lime

- 1 tbsp margarine

- 1 tsp ground pepper

- +/-3 tbsp oyster sauce

- a slice of ginger

- salt

- stock powder


How to cook:

1. Clean the squid, cut to taste, marinate with lime juice, let stand for about 30 minutes, rinse, and drain.

2. Saute the garlic slices. Add sliced onion and ginger.

3. Add squid, pour in oyster sauce, add pepper powder, salt, and stock powder. Cook until done.

4. Sprinkle with sliced green onions, remove from heat, and serve.



5. Salt pepper flour squid.


Ingredients:

- 250 grams of squid (wash then cut into rings)

- cooking oil

Marination ingredients:

- 1/2 tbsp oyster sauce

- 1 chicken egg

- 1 tbsp cornstarch

- 1/4 tsp salt

- 1/4 tsp pepper

Dry flour:

- 4 tbsp flour

- 2 tbsp cornstarch

- 1/2 tsp baking powder

- 1/2 tsp salt

- 1/4 tsp pepper

Seasoning:

- 10 garlic cloves

- 4 red curly chilies

- 3 red bird's eye chilies

- 3 stalks of spring onion

- a pinch of salt

- 1/2 tsp chicken stock powder

- 1/4 tsp pepper

- oil for stir-fry

Cooking tips:

1. Marinate the squid. Store in the refrigerator for at least 20 minutes.

2. Coat the squid with dry batter.

3. Fry the squid until crisp. Remove and drain.

4. Mince garlic, spring onion, and chili. Sauté until fragrant.

5. Add squid. Add salt, pepper, and broth. Cook until done.(brl/tin)
