1. Pasta Meat Soup
Ingredients:
25 grams of ground beef (try to choose the tender part, such as tenderloin)
25 grams of white tofu, cut into small pieces
25 grams carrot, roughly chopped
1 tomato, seeded
Onion, finely chopped
50 grams of pasta or macaroni
250 ml stock water
Margarine for sautéing to taste
How to make:
Boil the ground beef, carrots, pasta or macaroni, and white tofu in the stock water.
Meanwhile, saute the chopped onions in margarine until cooked.
Then put the sautéed onion into the boiled broth.
Next, add the tomatoes and cook until the meat is cooked and the pasta is soft.
Pour into a baby bowl and serve warm.
2. Meat Dumpling Soup
Ingredients:
12 pieces of wonton skin
100 grams of beef, ground
1 spring onion, sliced
1 tsp sesame oil
8 grams anchovies
1 ltr water
4 stalks kale
Salt to taste
How to make:
Mix ground beef scallions, salt, and sesame oil.
Put the mixture into dumpling skins then fold and seal with water.
After that, boil anchovies and salt. Stir continuously until smooth.

3. Fish Ball Soup
Ingredients:
Prepared fish balls
Blanched edamame
Minced garlic
Water to taste
Celery leaves
Broth powder
Mushroom stock or any stock
How to make:
Saute garlic with any oil until fragrant.

Cook until done then add celery leaves. Remove from heat.
Serve with soft rice.
4. Tomyum Gravy Porridge
Ingredients:
4 tbsp white rice
18 small shrimps (grated frozen)
2 pieces chopped pokcoy
1 tbsp chopped tomato
1 clove grated garlic
1 clove grated shallot 1/2 tsp grated candlenut
1/2 tsp ground tuna stock
Shredded lemongrass
Orange leaf
Bay leaf
Boiled water
Salt to taste (optional)
Canola oil
How to make porridge:
Put the rice into the SC.
Add 250ml boiled water, set timer for 2 hours.
How to make tomyum soup:
Heat a wok, pour canola oil, stir-fry baput, bamer, and candlenut.
Add prawns, lemongrass, bay leaves, and lime leaves.
Add pokcoy and tomato, add 150ml boiled water. Cook until boiling.
Add stock powder and salt. Cook until the water shrinks slightly.
Set bay leaves, lemongrass and lime leaves aside.
5. Tofu Meatball Gravy
Ingredients:
2 small pieces of tofu, cut diagonally to form 2 triangular pieces
200 ml meat stock water
1 tbsp onion
35 g chicken, finely chopped 1 tsp spring onion, thinly sliced
1 tsp fried shallots, finely chopped
1 tsp thinly sliced spring onion
1 tbsp dry fried onion, crushed
2 tbsp starch
2 tbsp egg white
1 tsp grated carrot
How to make:
Scrape out some of the tofu filling, making a 1 cm deep hole.
Mix chicken meat, scallions, shallots, starch, and egg. Mix well.
Put the mixture into the tofu hole. Steam until cooked for 20 minutes.
Tofu sauce saute olive oil, onion, scallion until fragrant.
Add the stock water. Cook until boiling. Serve the tofu with the gravy while warm.
