Ingredients:

1 chicken breast fillet (cut into thin strips)

How to cook:

Curry ingredients:

- 1 clove garlic, minced

- 1/2 onion, roughly chopped

- 1 medium potato, diced

- 1 medium carrot, diced

- 3 tbsp curry powder

- 1 tbsp cornstarch mixed with a little water

- water to taste


How to cook:

1. Katsu: Marinate chicken pieces with seasoning. Store in the refrigerator for 10 minutes.

How to cook:

1. Combine egg with salt and water, stir until fluffy. Add flour, stir until the dough comes together completely.

2. Heat a Teflon pan on low heat, cook the omelette until cooked. Keep cooking the omelette on low heat. Remove and set aside.

3. Sauté spice paste until fragrant. Add in chicken and stir fry until cooked.

How to cook:

1. Marinate the chicken meat with spices. Fry until cooked. Drain the oil.

- 2 ginger segments, crushed

- 1 tbsp soy sauce

- 1 tbsp sesame oil

- 1 tsp oyster sauce

- 1 tsp salt

- 1 tsp ground pepper


Butter rice ingredients:

- 300 grams rice

- 4 tbsp butter

- 1 tsp garlic, finely chopped

How to cook:

1. Mix the wings with soy sauce, sweet soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, tomato sauce, chili sauce, honey, salt, ground pepper, garlic, and ginger. Mix well and let stand for 60 minutes.

2. Bake the chicken for 25 minutes at 130 degrees Celsius.

3. Butter rice: Saute garlic, add rice until cooked.

4. Serve chicken wings with butter rice.



10. Pokcoy in oyster sauce.


Ingredients:

- 5 pieces of pokcoy

- 2 pieces of tofu, cut

- 5 cloves minced garlic

- 3 tbsp oyster sauce

- 1 tsp cornstarch dissolved in a little water

- a little sesame oil

- salt

- sugar

- mushroom flavoring

- ground pepper

How to cook:

1. Clean the pokcoy, remove the ends, boil, then drain.

2. Fry the tofu until crisp.

3. Saute the garlic. Pour in oyster sauce and cornstarch solution, mix well.

4. Add in fried tofu. Add sugar, salt, pepper, and mushroom flavoring. Cook until boiling.

5. Pour the soup over the vegetables. Sprinkle with dried garlic.
